Check server log (agent manager statistics at 0:00)

It won't tell you if there was a reply, but if the OOO agent was active.
Search for entries like

25.02.2010 00:04:27 AMgr: Logging daily statistics for user/organisation
25.02.2010 00:04:27 Total scheduled runs: 1
25.02.2010 00:04:27 Total event triggered runs: 0
25.02.2010 00:04:27 Total errors: 0
25.02.2010 00:04:27 Total access denials: 0
25.02.2010 00:04:27 Total agent elapsed run time (seconds) 0

For the specific user

OOO (if run as an agent) is a scheduled agent (by IBM default, not modified)
